As CEO and Principal Broker, Patrick is responsible for executing the company’s strategic mission and vision. Patrick has over fifteen years of professional sales, marketing, and management experience. His broad scope of real estate expertise includes residential, commercial, and property management.  He serves as a project consultant and advisor to private developers and government agencies.

Mr. Fleming graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego with a degree in Organizational Communications and a Minor in Business Administration.  He received his NYS real estate broker's license from the Manfred Real Estate Institute in Albany, New York.
